One of my favorite restaurants on the island. Hidden in the residential area of the island, Island Grill believes it was a bistro on Montmartre in a former life. The place is always busy and it will pack its customers like little sardines. It's not a place for a business dinner because you can't hear yourself think or speak.
The restaurant went from four stars to three stars on our last visit. It was so loud we were unable to have a conversation. In addition, Michael's Boeuf Bourguignon was not up to par. Boeuf Bourguignon needs to be thick and glossy enough that the liquid coats the back of a spoon. This one didn't coat the spoon, which made it lack flavor.
