We were staying at Hotel d'Inghilterra, the Trevi Fountain was a nine-minute walk to the south, and the Spanish Steps are about five minutes to the east.
On our second day, we were planning to see Galileo's Prison. Or the place where he stayed during his trial. It was a much nicer place than Socrates' Prison which we hopefully see later. From the Villa Medici, the plan was to walk through the park and passed the Villa Borghese to the Borghese Gallery and Museum. From there to the Capuchin Crypt, then down to the Trevi Fountain and over to Doria Pamphili Gallery, and then back to the hotel. The total walking time is about an hour. If you want to stay in each gallery for two hours, and an hour for the Crypt you need to estimate 10 to 11 hours with lunch.
